iTelescope.Net does not require you to be actively connected during your imaging runs - you only need to be online to schedule reservations or manually start plans.
If you are in the middle of a session and you lose connection to the site rest assured, your plan will continue to run on the telescope's computer and you will see the results once it is complete via the Usage Receipt and FTP files.
If you are having continuous disconnection issues on out site, but not on other sites, please feel free to contact support and we will check to see if there is a problem. As I'm sure most of you are aware, the internet can have a mind of it's own at times and iTelescope is not entirely immune to it (although we do take some very serious precautions)
If you have a No Plan Reservation due and are unable to connect to a telescope, please use the Urgent Page feature to contact the on duty engineer. The usually turn around time is withing 15 minutes.
