If for some reason, (and in astronomy lots of bad things can happen using complex telescopes and CCD's) you're not happy with with one or more of your data/images your welcome to use the "Self Service" points return system or contact Support if it looks serious.

Please use the link found on your telescope Usage Receipt as shown below.

Try to be fair, if only ONE of your 10 images is bad, then divide your total charge by 10 and make a refund request for that amount. We do keep track of requests and there are limits.

As Always in Astronomy..Be aware of WIND, LIGHT CLOUD and the MOON before you start a long imaging session.

If you have already requested a refund this way, and had it approved, but need to request additional points, please contact support.

An example of this would be if you saw that the roof was closed for one of your 4 images in a run, but then noted tracking problems in the other 3 after placing a refund request for the image with the roof closed.

Our automated refund system is only capable of processing one refund per transaction ID to prevent duplicate refunds - but support staff can manually refund in situations like this.
